RESUME

Education and Experience

Avery most recently worked for two years coaching over 100 students as music director for ACT's Performing Arts Academy. She taught kids ages 8-18 and loved every minute! Working with large ensembles as well as one on one coaching, she has developed more versatility in her teaching style. She loves training in the private and group setting.

MUSICAL THEATRE DIRECTOR

CHILDREN'S BALLET THEATRE

At age 18 Avery was hired to direct a new program at her dance studio. She oversaw a full-scale musical and directed 33 students ages 6-18. It was here that Avery first found her love of teaching and sharing music and theatre with children of all ages. After moving for school, she continued to return as a substitute vocal teacher when in town.
